The Egely Wheel: Vital energy measurement for the masses

With a conclusion with which I completely agree.

A fairly good list of the most well known

For all you followers of conspiracty theories out there, here's a list, with a brief explanation of each, of the most common and most long-lived...

Conspiracy Theories

This list leads into a different article, so if you're not interested in the next one, watch the headers to see when the articles change.

There are so many

guaranteed cures for everything that there's no reason for any of us not to live to be 250 years old or older. If they only worked...

Tsk, tsk, tsk

Harry Potter and the “Dark Order”

Sometimes tools are just tools, eyeglasses just eyeglasses and stairs just stairs. But you won't be able tell him that...

Ummm...

I'm not sure you need to read this. It's just an example of some of the people out there.

Emergency 11.11.11 Spiritual Warfare Report

Though you might enjoy it (or believe in it). Who knows?

I think Diane Kossy needs to re-open her museum...

I haven't much in common with this man

Mountainous Harmony and Everlasting Peace

And yet I feel so drawn to him and the type of thing he did with his life. I admire him...

"Great art meets faulty wiring."

Here's another site with a photo of one of his art homes: In Search of Clarence - Part 1

And a final one: Found in a Woodstock funeral home: Clarence Schmidt's ashes

There's a certain immortality there for him...

It's a good word

On the Birth Certificate Idiocracy

Idiocracy. I like that word.

You should see the film Idiocracy. Oscar-fodder it isn't, but it sure is a scathing image of our society down the road (and a pretty good comedy to boot)...

Has he gone away yet?

Donald Trump and the Seven Dwarfs of the GOP

Is he still around or has he gone into hiding after making a fool out of himself? (ed. note: More of a fool?)

I can't be bothered to pay any attention to him anymore.

I feel sorry for him

Obama releases 'long form' birth certificate

I wish he hadn't responded with this. As can be seen by the article, the real fringe birthers, like the chief executive of WorldNetDaily, won't be satisfied with it. Nothing will make them happy.

I find it amazing that, in the U.S., the officially elected President is stymied from doing any real good for the country by the country's own people. In fact, if it wouldn't have such a detrimental effect on the world, it would do them good to have Donald Trump or Sarah Palin as President. They would see just how far they could fall, then. But then they'd take the rest of the world with them...

There's a reason we're not supposed

to read books like this.

Halloween Candy is Evil, and other Prophetic Insights

If you read enough of them for long enough I think they turn your brain into mush. Or something.

It's a mess

The Trouble With Liberty - Libertarians, of both left and right, haven’t been this close to power since 1776. But do we want to live in their world?

"Like any political philosophy, libertarianism contains a thousand substrains, ranging from anarchists who want to destroy the state to picket-fence conservatives who just want to put power in local hands. The traditional libertarian line is that government should be responsible for a standing army, local security, and a courts system, and that’s it - a system called minarchy. But everyone has his own idea of how to get there."
I never liked Ayn Rand myself. Too cold, too heartless...

It's not a matter of legislating them away...

...but rather facing their ignorance and arrognance with peaceful...not protest, but protection... for the mourners.

Westboro picketers outnumbered at Elizabeth Edwards funeral

They won't be beaten with the law, or with forceful reaction, but rather, the peaceful presence of God's Holy Spirit, the Spirit in action.

Well, that settles it.

New *Bible* Evidence Obama Is the Antichrist!

But didn't everyone know that already? I mean, good grief, isn't he responsible for the war in Iraq and the war in Afghanistan and all the rest of it too? The American economic crisis? The oil spill in the gulf? The criminal behaviour of the banks and financial institutions? The collapse of the auto industry? World War I, World War II and the Korean War? The Kennedy assassination?

Good heavens, don't people know all that yet?

(Of course, if you read the comments, you'll find that a lot of Mr. Akins readers seem to take the position of: 'Of course none of this proves that he's the anti-christ. But then it doesn't disprove it, either.' There's a lot of people out there who need prayers said for them. I wonder how on earth we are to keep up?

I love the one person's questions as to whether or not he's wandered into a tea party forum. :-) I've always found it interesting that so many of these people are critical of people like Jimmy Carter - called 'the peanut picker' here by one person - who have won major prizes in the realm of peace-keeping and charity, while their idols just go back into the business world to rape and pillage financially. Where their hearts are...)

(Note to SWMBO. The post is good. Don't read the comments. You have your blood pressure to consider, and I know you don't suffer fools gladly...)

:-)

Some Advice for Moderate Muslims

But then, I've mentioned by enjoyment of things written by Mark Shea. A very strong mind, and a very good heart. The Church needs more people like him...

This sort of group
