While I post some articles from this site, I do so with very huge grains of salt due to their conspiracy theory bent. But one thing I do agree with, mentioned in this article - if President Kennedy really did have a plan to dismantle the CIA and scatter them to the wind, I really think that it would not have been beyond them to be responsible for the assassination of the President. We're talking about a group of people who have always acted beyond the law, and I think history has proven that many things are caused by people like this that we never would have thought possible.

Does this make me a conspiracy theorist, then? To believe about just this one thing?

I don't support terrorism in any way, but it's refreshing to see that the U.S. intelligence community is no longer considered 'untouchable' regarding crimes committed in other countries. Now some American 'spies' are tried in absentia, much like American courts have done to others. They're no longer untouchable...

Iranian president urges full defence for jailed U.S. journalist

They're beginning to recognize that they're on the world stage and that, if push came to shove, they might not win a serious dispute. How can they behave so badly on one hand and then make statements like this? Of course, they could simply be window dressing. The issue may already be decided and the trial may just be a farce.

If this were Cuba there'd be a continued blockade or perhaps even military intervention. Because we get oil from these people, well, behaviour has to be different.

And insulting religious figures being a crime? I'm off to bedlam...
