The Harper government is currently in court trying to shut down the facility, despite the fact that the stats show a drop of 35% in deaths as a result of it. I guess it's just bad to be an addict and they feel that the people, 'if they're like to die, should do so and decrease the surplus population'.I can't understand people supporting a supposed 'pro-life' political party that is only pro-life until the child is born at which time they do everything they can to prevent any kind of support to help the child, parents, etc. I guess being pro-life ends at birth for them...
