...of being told that, yes, I do accumulate 1 and 1/2 days a month sick time by contractual agreement, but no, that doesn't mean I'm entitled to take them. I was also told specifically that I can't take any sick time, even though we've been encouraged not to come to work if we fear we have the flu. I have to come to work anyway, it seems.
Now THAT'S going to make my co-workers really pleased!
