T’ai Chi Ch’uan - The meditative martial art

I've started studying T'ai Chi Ch'uan (the correct way, with a teacher) a couple of times now. Each time I find some reason to stop. (Well, once what a badly damaged knee - unrelated to the T'ai Chi - so that really doesn't count.) I've wanted to do it, and I just can't find the time or energy to. Find, if you can, a copy of a three part documentary called "Extreme Pilgrim"

It is about a Anglican Priest who visits, for want of a better term, three great religions to try to find the spiritual connection that he feels that he has lost. The first is to a Shaolin temple, the second is Hindu and the third is that of a Hermit in the desert.

It shows the time he spends with each and what lessons he has learned from each. I found it to be very interesting.
