A necessary resignation

Vatican accepts area bishop's resignation

It's necessary as I'm sure he really needs to focus on his recovery from his head injury. Having been brain-injured myself and having lived with, and been caretaker of, a brain injured individual, I know it's a difficult thing to recover from. One needs time, patience and persistence. The heavy duties of a bishop aren't the best thing for this.
