this is a example of awful disrespect for human beings, and it really can't be excused.

Keep in mind the whole list of who is complaining, though. Many are the same people who behead journalists on video and share it with the world. Then you'll be able to realize that it's all propoganda, that it's all political. People who are offended by this should not be doing the other.
People who live in glass houses, etc., etc....
