Scientology must pay Clearwater $413,000 in fines
Scientology will likely keep this tied up in court for years. I think they don't want the building completed because they don't have the adherents to put in it.
Not too many years ago the city wouldn't even have levied a fine that large against Scientology. The internet, websites, and the Usenet Newsgroup alt.religion.scientology have all played their part to shine the light of truth of a destructive criminal business organization.
