Tired, tired, tired

Two more of my co-workers have announced their retirements - one in two weeks and the other in August. They don't work in my office building, but we've worked together for 31 years now. Another is leaving in the Spring.

If I wasn't tied to the bank, for our new car and for debts, I'd be gone at about the same time. As it is, I've got another 4 years or so to go.

I'm tired. Tired. Tired. Tired.

And old and dysfuntional. But you knew that.

Sounds like it's been a rough week. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend - I'll be praying for strength for you.

Thank you, Joel. I appreciate this more than I can say.

Yeah, I'm sorry to hear this, too. I know things haven't been easy for you - it just seems like one thing after another. I'm glad you have SWMBO, though. (What would it be like without her? It doesn't bear thinking about.) You're in my prayers, too.
