This seems


like the kind of lunacy that is so prevalent in our Western culture. 'They have one, so we demand one as well. You can't discriminate!'

Soldiers push for a chaplain for atheists

So, instead of Chaplains being for different faith groups, now they have to be for lack-of-faith groups? Why not just appoint a person to be a counsellor/social convenor? I didn't know that atheism was a faith. It's very weird...

(I can hear not-prayer services now:
'Creator - who doesn't exist - send your blessings - which are imaginary - upon us so that we, humble servants of reason, can effect your non-existant will upon this earth. Or not. Amen.')
