The road to Rome

is filled with the same divisions as it has always had.

Anglicans heading to Rome told they can't stay in their churches

"Anglicans defecting to Rome are being told they must leave their churches with clergy even been asked to move away from their parish. "
I'm sure they know that decisions of conscience are not always filled with joy at every level...

ha! Well, I know from experience that when you have a split like that, sharing a building isn't a good idea. Maybe 10 years or more down the road, but not right away.

I suspect that it would be a terrible idea to share the building. If human beings were perfect it would work, but until then there's just too many emotions involved. But then you have experience with a similar situation - one within a similar denomination - can you imagine what it would be like be two different denominations? You're right. It's a terrible idea.
