Anti-Catholic tract distribution was 'reprehensible,' Tenn. bishop says
While this sort of pamphlet, if written about Jews or Muslims, would cause loud cries of hate, discrimination and prejudice by many sectors of society, not just the faiths/races misrepresented in the pamphlets, in this case only the Bishop seems to have spoken out. Anti-Catholicism, the last acceptable prejudice.
I often find the Chick pamphlets, as well as others, in the chapel of the Catholic hospital where I volunteer.
