Well, if that's the case

then the Archbishops better get off their butts and get the necessary health care provided in some other way, by some other group (the Church?)

Pay attention to the weasel-words in this article. Sometimes these Americans (and American Bishops) get my blood boiling. I guess they think people should be responsible themselves for their healthcare, and, well, if they can't afford it, well, suffering is beneficial, too. (As long as they don't have to do it. I'll bet they've got healthcare coverage...)
