Up here in the wilds of Canada we also have government (believe it or not), and anyone who has watched a one afternoon session of Parliament while it is sitting will walk away wondering if it was a group of politicians debating or an out-of-control kindergarten play-time that they just saw. They certainly don't do anything to make a country proud of their form of government...
