Author says Scientology targeted UK celebrities
That's why Scientology has Celebrity Centers. They deliberately target celebrities as they know that a) celebrities usually have lots of money, and b) most people, at least in the U.S., have a bizarre fixation on the lives of celebrities and think that they're people to emulate. The news shows that the celebs are no better, and very often not even as bright, as the people who worship them, but for some reason people adore them. Scientology knows this...
