
Diocese, Marianists To Learn Plaintiffs' Identities In Abuse Case
Was it in doubt that they would know who is pressing the charges? How on earth could a person defend themselves against an accusation of any kind if they didn't know who it was who was claiming to be abused? It only makes sense that the court allow the defense to know who is accusing the defendant. The public doesn't need to know, but the court can't be fair if the people involved don't know.
