The charity that foots your bills
I read this article in yesterday's Globe & Mail. They want to set up an office in Canada and become a registered charity. Some stupid regulation will probably prevent it. I'm a cynic. Things that are good for the poor are usually difficult to get going due to laws that make it difficult. Now if it were a for-profit entrepeneurial business...
