Former Guantanamo chaplain wants U.S. Army apology
The U.S. political and military administrations seem to be taking the position of 'no apologies' for any of its acts, even when they are clearly wrong and an apology is clearly indicated. Do they think they'll look weak because of it?

no, I just don't think they want to admit they are wrong. It is as f they keep saying it enough, they will come to believe it.
