The past Wednesday we went to see the release of a film about the rise to fame of The Sheepdogs, an incredibly good rock band from the city. They're the ones who won the contest and had their photo on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. They did a Q&A and then a short acoustic set after the film. Kate worked with the Mom of one of the band members. A really interesting film. The music industry really is a meat grinder...
