Personally, I'm not too sure how honoured I'd be with commemorative toilet paper. Just my opinion.

Perhaps if they're used as streamers in the parade (if there is one) he may think highly of them, I'm not sure. It's not that they're utilitarian, it's what they're used for that makes them utilitarian...
