The things I miss

while away from the computer...

God Love You, God Bless You, and Good-Bye.

Here's Mark P. Shea on the issue:

Corapi sets world record...

*Sigh* I kind of expected this to happen, but I didn't expect Corapi to get all superhero-ish about his plans, even to the point of giving himself a superhero name.

The people I feel sorry for are those, like some I know, who idolize him and think he can do no wrong (like the Legionaries and Fr. Maciel recently). No matter what he says this is going to create confusion and discord among some of those people.

Here's his Superior in the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity, Fr. Gerard Sheehan:

SOLT's Superior Speaks

Right or wrong, Fr. Corapi isn't one to go quietly...

(By the way, if you can stand it, skim through the comments. My favourite includes the sentence "Time people faced facts - some bishops are nothing more than Marxist stooges pushing their "social justice" agenda." Yep. Commies are behind everything...)
