Silent Servants...

... of the Used, Abused, and Utterly Screwed Up.

A Secular Franciscan looks at the world...
with a more jaundiced eye than ever...

I'm debating

on whether or not to delete the 'title' option for each post made on Silent Servants. The titles are generally just a short reference to the post content and most often just part of the first sentence. They really don't add anything of note to the posts. I'll have to think about it. What do you think? Let me know.

I'm still having some problems with Blogger. For some reason every time I choose the 'view blog' link, which used to take me to the main page and then let me choose a 'quick edit' link for any post, now logs me out of the blog and then, of course, the quick edit option is gone. All of this, along with my access problems, started when I chose the new 'new post' option that Blogger recommends rather than just staying with the old tried-and-true one. Now something is messed up somewhere and I can't seem to find anywhere to fix it. So, be prepared for a few glitches showing up. Fortunately, world peace doesn't depend on my blog...

I use tumblr for a format of posts similar to yours... Fewer options, but simpler and more suited to short thoughts and shared links (but not tweets!). Not sure if you'd want to pull up the stakes here, though!
