It's good that he's distancing himself from the pack of birthers and tea-partyers that spread these questions, but the issue will never end, it seems. Legitimate criticism is always welcome, but this birther stuff is pure lunacy. I wonder if anyone in the media has ever asked the Pope what he thinks about President Obama's birth status? (There.
