Vatican says Benedict no longer an organ donor
As good a thing as organ donation is (if you haven't signed an organ donor card, do it now!) the odds of a Pope being declared a saint is higher than the odds for the rest of us, and now with the rapidity of such declarations (see Mother Teresa and Brother Andre as examples) the possibility of a person being alive with a transplanted organ from the Pope is much higher.
You can see the problem the Vatican might have with a person having a relic of a saint implanted in their body. "Venerate my kidney!" I'm sure you see the issue...
