Mass Animal Deaths Around the World: Dead Birds Fall from Sky, Millions of Fish & Crabs Wash Ashore
Some scientists are saying that this is completely normal, even if we haven't witnessed it before, or at least in this concentration. Others are speaking words of warning and concern. In our conservative political climate in the West, the first group's opinions always seem to be given the heaviest weight. No to do so would call into question our whole approach to the world around us and the desire for industry to make money off of the world's resources.
I just remember that this very phenomenon is part of 'The Last Western'. It really is a cautionary tale...
