You may not be aware of how trademark laws work. If Pancakes does not challenge use by Prayer then when International House of Prostitution or International House of Pornography comes around they may be unable to make claim to the name they own. And yes, it does seem to confuse people. Just do a Google search under IHOP and see what comes up.
While I don't know the details of trademark law, I always feel obligated to err on the side of my absolute disgust with Capitalism and those who worship that way and practice that faith. :-)
I'll be more careful in the future, whether I think the law is an a** or not.
They may have some redeeming qualities. The law, most often, doesn't seem to...
