"Can the iPad topple the Kindle, and save the book business?"I see the eBook business as helping the publishing business. No longer should all these second-rate works kill dead trees, but they should have electronic distribution. Good literature should have both, or just hardcopy print. People will still buy them, I think. I konw I do. I don't think I'm arguing for a further dumbing down of the masses by exposing them to nothing but badly written books assuming that that's all they'll buy...
