I'm not kidding. I mean that. My use of hand-held organizers began with the Palm Pilot, and even though I've moved on (and had terrible experience with an incredibly fragile Treo) I've always had a soft spot in my technology-sympathetic heart for Palm, even while watching it make one terrible business decision after another. It will be the end of another technology era if it happens...
