Folk singer Kate McGarrigle dies
"Quebecer teamed with sister Anna to record 10 albums"I'm listening to their Matapédia album that SWMBO has put on as I write this. Being a music lover, sometime musician and full-time folkie and roots lover (as well as blues, mind you) I fell in love with the McGarrigle sister's music a long time ago. She was a wonderful musician and songwriter and she'll be missed.
