Sound bites

started to become an essential part of communication at the end of the 20th Century...

The internet is killing storytelling

"Narratives are a staple of every culture the world over. They are disappearing in an online blizzard of tiny bytes of information"
Despite 'new thought' on the issue, which exists to justify minimal communication more than anything else, I think it's pretty hard to communicate anything but the absolute basic information in 140 characters or less. Sometimes that's all that's needed, but try to exchange any meaningful information with that limitation.

For those of you who haven't done it for a while (if ever!), sit down and start reading a good book today...
