I'm getting tired

No, not tired in that way. I'm always tired in that way. This is different.

While I was having lunch today I had a glass of milk. I was half-way through the milk before I notice it all over the front of my shirt and pants. Was the glass leaking? No, my mouth was.

Ever since my last surgery part of my face and mouth have been left numb. Given my age, it's never been an option that the feeling will return. Since then I have been less than... say... delicate, in my ability to drink (and sometimes eat). Just another thing that I can no longer do like a normal human being. It's tiresome, and sometimes quite embarrassing.

Such a sordid waste of a human life...
