New for Canada

A new, revised,

Lectionary for Sundays and Solemnities

It's still based on the New Revised Standard Version of the bible, which is a good thing, as that's a really faithful translation (Even though copies available for purchase generally have no notes, footnotes or annotations. It has to be the worst annotated version of the bible I've ever seen, for the average reader.). The big problem with the new Lectionary, as my Pastor has commented, is that it's a different size than the old one It is bigger. This means that parishes all over Canada will have to purchase (or make) new covers for it for the various seasons. I wonder if they have a tie-in with liturgical supply companies?
