What kind of government arrests these illegal immigrants, still, after a year, hasn't let them through the legal system, and denies them the right to work to provide for themselves while waiting for access to a justice system that crawls ever so slowly? At one time I would have said a totalitarian government. Now it's the U.S. government. They seem to have learned a lot from their experience with Guantanamo Bay...
