I signed up for a Facebook account a while ago. They're smart. You can't see a Facebook page unless you're member of Facebook, so you have to sign up to see what it's all about. I really have not use for it. Fortunately, I don't have to do that with Twitter. Well, technically you do, but there's so much information about it on the 'net and it's so simple and so inane that one doesn't really need to do anything to investigate it. Doonesbury has been doing a series of strips about the silliness and narcissism of Twitter that hits it spot on...
