Now politicians will use the courts

to prevent their opponents from taking their seats.

Franken on top in Minn. recount; Coleman to sue

It's a super close race, and certainly a recount was needed, but it's really sour grapes to hold things up like this. Who wants a politician like that to represent them? (The fact that Al Franken was a comedian is no issue. We're all seen actors become politicians before.)
