It's proof, I think,


that he's a good and holy man...

I don't want to be Britain's next Catholic leader, monk tells the Pope

I don't think it's a snub. I think he was concerned about his monastery's health and his monastic order. I think, as he's a person who has taken personal and binding vows, that his decision is a good one. I wish him every blessing and good thing. Let the bureaucrats in the Church deal with the problem...
