I don't advertise

commercial enterprises on my blog. At least not very often. Here's one that looks kind of neat:

SaintsforSinners.com

"Saints Medals Imported from Italy and Hand-Painted in New Orleans, Louisiana / Serenity Medals and Stories for Sharing!"
Are they a good company? I don't know, but I like the idea of taking the mass-produced saints medals and adding the folk-art hand painting to them to create something unique and beautiful. They say they reglaze and reheat them to firmly fix the paint. That's smart. They're bright and really quite beautiful. Hey! Bruce Springsteen wears one. Isn't it enough that the Boss likes them, too? It's worth taking a look at the website...
