Criminalizing Criticism of Islam
The people weren't even in Jordan when they did what that country considers a crime. The U.N. won't say anything about it because they've already said that they won't interfere with any claims of human rights violations against these countries when dealing with a particular law. If they won't condemn genital mutilation of females tney certainly won't condemn accusations of crimes against cartoonists.
