P. Z. Myers Must Be Fired
I like Jimmy Akin. He's intelligent, articulate and most reasonably fair, and this shows on his blog. As well, the people who leave comments on his blog are, because of his level-headed attitude and request for same from his users, just as intelligent, articulate and fair. Mostly. Some are less than that, as always. This is the intertube, after all. Comment sections on blogs are one step away from Usenet, and we all know what a mess that is. So, read his post, then read some, or all, of the comments. You might not agree with a lot of it but you'll seen more generally respectful discussion than you'll see on most blogs. And yes, he does moderate it...
