Of course the agreement is incompatible with the company's way of doing business. Mall-Wart's way of doing business is to keep their employees in poverty and servitude, darn it, and that's the way they mean to keep it! It's the Merkin way!

I guess this is the end of Mall-Wart in Quebec. They'll be moving out soon. Lucky Quebecers...
