Their people are totally unqualified to train anyone in disaster management. Unless you consider giving people 'touch assists' as disaster management.

(Just so you know, I believe that the vast majority of these unqualified 'volunteer ministers' are sincere in their desire to help people. The fact that their help is to try to get people to get involved with Scientology and then spend all their money on courses and all their time promoting the cult is something that is taking advantage of by the rapacious management of corporate 'religion'.)
