Perhaps, like some people paint liberals with one brush, I should, at this point, complain about right-wing, Old Testament 'eye for an eye' conservatives who live lives devoid of compassion. But that would be an unfair comment based on a sweeping generalization. (Too bad it's used against the left so much...)

Bless her with your peace, Lord, and allow her to finish her days secure in the knowledge of your compassion...
