I don't know the individual or the case, but it's interesting to note that the author of the article has already tried and convicted Mr. Jefferson. Also I find it interesting that another individual states that he thinks it was Mr. Jefferson's years in the legislature were what corrupted him. His time in the halls of law-making and justice were what made him the man who would do the things he did? What does that say about the political system? (I would tend to agree with the assessment, though...)
