R.I.P. - Paul Scofield

Paul Scofield, an actor for all seasons, dies aged 86

I missed this with all busy-ness of the Easter Triduum. Paul Scofield was a brilliant actor, and the star of 1966's A Man for All Seasons.

While that film is on the Vatican's list of best films (see here: The Vatican Film List — Ten Years Later) that's not the only reason for liking the film. The acting is wonderful.
