Her first paragraph sets out the issue - how do you convince someone about the existence or non-existence of God by reason alone? She says she can't, and I don't think I could either. I think some individuals with certain types of minds can come to that conclusion (such as C. S. Lewis, for instance) by themselves, but even if I could reach the point of believing through reason I certainly couldn't convince anyone else that way. Reason didn't convince Anne Rice, meeting God in whatever way she met God, did. An interesting article. God bless her...
