Outsourcing prayer
Some people say the source of all sin is pride. I'm not sure that's correct. I think the source of all sin is greed, and greed is the reason we'll never have world peace or anything that approaches it, particularly in the West where democracy is equated with capitalism and making money (I heard the tinier Bush make that connection just today on the news.) The whole point seems to be to make my life easier and generate income.
