Starving Iraqi orphans discovered tied to cribs

This terrible, terrible tragedy is cause by greedy, self-centered, uncaring, unfeeling, corrupt, immoral human beings. I would call them animals, but that would be a disservice to animals everywhere. I would like to think that the people responsible will dealt with by the authorities, but I suspect it is hopeless to expect that. This is so shocking! God, have mercy on these children.
