Arrow wound killed Otzi the iceman
Further confirmation, from mummified 5,000 year old remains, that we're nothing but a savage species, with seemingly very few able to rise above that level, unless, of course, it was a hunting accident as suggested, or he was cleaning his bow and it went off. I'm a pessimist, though. How very sad for us...
