Donohue says Sen. Edwards decision evidence of anti-Catholic bias
While people often make fun of the Catholic League and Mr. Donohue, he does have a very real point. As he says, if these bloggers had used the 'N-word' they'd have been fired immediately. Anti-Catholicism, being the last acceptible bigotry, calls for a far more lenient response for some reason. I think Mr. Donohue has a very good point. If you oppose bigotry you oppose ALL bigotry, not just when it serves your purpose.
