I've read rumours of this in the past but they have always been unsubstantiated and it seemed somewhat Science Fiction thrillerish without any proof available. If Mr. Kilgore can produce proof then the Chinese government is committing a horrible atrocity, and not surprisingly, rich Albertans are taking advantage of it. I certainly would not be surprised at THAT.
